Lima-via-Santiago producer JB Martinz is a resident at Club Room, one of his adopted hometown’s leading venues, as well as the cult party MISA. Known for his potent basslines and immersive atmospheres, his sounds have found a home on labels like Loco Dice’s Serán Bendecidos, VIVa Music, and Circus Recordings. Alongside Chilean artist XZYKO, he co-founded Congueros Music, a label and event brand pushing his native scene forward. On his latest drop, ‘In The Sky’, JB Martinz makes his first appearance on Repopulate Mars, landing this November.

‘In The Sky’ delivers a woozy sound that blurs the line between late-night hedonism and afterparty freakiness. The drums and bass are gloopy and liquid, with crisp percussion and dry hits all infused with an alluring vocal. It’s softly delivered and intimate with a lustful undertone that turns up the heat.
