As the ‘For Real’ album continues to resonate across clubs and festivals, iconic electronic duo Booka Shade unveil the next instalment of their LP remix series on Blaufield Music. This latest drop features two fresh interpretations: Sainte Vie’s rework of ‘Glare’ and Leena Punks’ take on ‘Broken Glass’, both delivering distinct perspectives on standout moments from the LP.
Mexican-born, Miami-based producer Sainte Vie (Pablo Piña) transforms ‘Glare’ with his blend of melodic sonics, diverse textures, and emotionally charged energy. Drawing on his extensive experience as a producer, sound engineer, and live performer at festivals such as Burning Man and Coachella, he infuses the track with driving rhythms and cinematic layers – bridging the gap between emotive storytelling and floor-filling energy.
London-based Leena Punks turns her attention to ‘Broken Glass’, offering a vibrant, melodic house-infused interpretation. Since emerging in 2020, Leena has rapidly built a global following with her dynamic approach, earning support from artists such as Armin Van Buuren, Korolova, and Gorgon City. Her remix balances driving lead synths with intricate subtleties, reimagining the original track while preserving its emotional core, making it equally suited for peak-time festival sets and late-night club rooms.
The release marks another chapter in Booka Shade’s ongoing ‘For Real’ remix series, highlighting both established and rising talent within the global electronic music community.
