Knife Party bring out Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine to close out Ultra Music Festival

Closing out the main stage of Ultra for its final day is one of the greatest honors that can be bestowed upon an electronic performer. This year, that honor was doubly bestowed upon Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen, who offered one of the weekend’s most talked about sets by combining their massively successful Knife Party and Pendulum outfits into one spellbinding performance.

In true main stage fashion, Knife Party were joined by a special guest – Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello. Knife Party performancesfrom the past several months had cued fans into their upcoming collaboration with Morello, but never with such magnitude as from the UMF main stage – especially with Morello himself purveying virulent guitar cadenzas alongside.
