Martin Garrix has shared a new single, ‘Catharina’, marking the first time he sings solo on one of his releases.
Out now via his STMPD RCRDS label, the track previews a new album from the Dutch DJ and producer, which he says will arrive in the first half of 2026.
In the weeks leading up to the release of ‘Catharina’, Garrix teased the single on social media, admitting that he “spent over a year overthinking this song.”
“So proud/nervous to be releasing and singing on this one, hope you enjoy!”, he added.
‘Catharina’ comes with a music video that was filmed across Madeira, Portugal, and Amsterdam. It also features footage from Garrix’s childhood.
Until now, Garrix had only contributed vocals on collaborative tracks — most notably singing alongside Indian artist Arijit Singh on ‘Angels For Each Other’, released last year. ‘Catharina’ marks the producer’s first solo vocal track.
