Born and raised in Sapporo, Japan, now based in Austin, Texas, Qrion explores a broad musical realm, encompassing everything from soft rhythms and soul sampling grooves through to driving melodic house. Driven by emotion and life experiences, Qrion communicates her thoughts and feelings through music, opting for melodies over words. With several releases already on Last Night On Earth, Qrion is invited back with her EP ‘Arp Check’, releasing on October 30th. Named in Forbes Japan’s 30 Under 30 and supported by BBC 1 hosts Danny Howard and Pete Tong, plus DJs Mall Grab, Todd Edwards, and Lane 8, Qrion has established herself as a key figure in house.

‘Arp Check’ opens the EP as an emblem of Qrion’s style, featuring her distinctive melodic keys that flood the intro. Anchored by a hypnotic rhythm track, the track evolves into a symphony of synths and pads, rolling drum patterns and drifting vocals, with a progressive flair. Old-school chopped vocals and dubbed-out bass pair with luminous chords and soulful piano keys in ‘Khaeng Party ‘, creating an unflinching house groove that showcases her versatility.
