The two-track release moves from break-led percussion and expansive vocal space to a more direct, synth-driven groove.
Modd is back on Kindisch with Cicciotto EP, a two-track release shaped by organic detail, emotional depth and carefully controlled dancefloor momentum.
The title track, “Cicciotto”, takes the more fluid route. Break-led rhythms carry layers of percussion as spacious vocal textures and detailed sound design gradually expand the track’s sense of movement. The result is an immersive, organic journey that lets its elements unfold with patience.
“Fulltone” provides the counterpoint. The track holds onto the EP’s organic character while taking a straighter rhythmic path, with a prominent synth line bringing a more intense and focused edge to the groove.
For Modd, the release marks another chapter in his relationship with Kindisch. With Cicciotto EP, he presents two distinct perspectives on his sound: warm, detailed and built for deep dancefloor moments.
