New York City-based artist Gan debuts on Adesso Music this October with ‘Too Deep To Sleep’, a three-track EP that finds the rising producer exploring the hypnotic, groove-led sound that has become his calling card. A regular on HUGEL’s Make The Girls Dance imprint, Gan draws on the energy of his hometown alongside his French-Latin heritage, a distinctive blend that has earned him millions of streams.
Title track ‘Too Deep To Sleep’ sets the tone for a trippy three-track excursion into late-night territory. Organic percussion underpins an undeniably groovy bassline, as a classic spoken-word vocal drifts in and out of the mix. ‘Woo Woo’ turns up the intensity, pairing cavernous low-end with mellifluous synths and acid-soaked textures. Gentle chords emerge at the breakdown before giving way to a mammoth drop. Closer ‘Turn It Back’ is the trippiest of the lot, with syncopated rhythms and heavy synths colliding over a hypnotic groove.
Gan’s ‘Too Deep To Sleep’ EP drops via Adesso Music on 16th October 2026.
