RUZE Blends Bumping Basslines With Soulful Textures on Slick Deep House Single “Does Ya Momma Know?” via Factory 93 Records

The Birmingham-based pair blends slick house grooves with deep, vibrant textures on their sophomore single for the Factory 93 imprint.

UK duo RUZE make their sophomore appearance on Factory 93 Records with “Does Ya Momma Know?’” on February 6th, following their 2025 EP and label debut, ‘Sample Inspector.’ With performances spanning prestigious venues and festivals such as Tomorrowlandfabric, and Pacha, as well as releases on PIV Records, Hot CreationsSnatch!, and their own Staff Only, the duo continues to solidify their reputation as one to watch among the leading ‘Minimal/Deep Tech’ elite. Now the pair returns to Factory 93, serving up a single that effortlessly highlights their unique ability to fuse bumping basslines with soulful textures ahead of their upcoming LA show for Insomniac’s Night Trip with Eats Everything on February 7th

Speaking to the solid reaction the single has received during their sets as of late, RUZE says, “Does Ya Momma Know’ has been a secret weapon in our tracks for a while now. We first played it earlier last year in Chile where the club exploded on the first drop. We feel like this track shows off a different side of RUZE, tapping into a deeper and darker groove, whilst adding the jazzy twist.

Does Ya Momma Know?” brings another infectious, club-ready track that brims with energy, fusing together a rolling bassline with deep, woozy pads and jazz-tinged chords. The sleek, sumptuous cut marks a fitting return to Insomniac’s Factory 93 as the duo outline what is set to be another year further cementing their status within the global house landscape.

More About Factory 93

Factory 93 explores the intersection of untethered creativity and bold self-expression, while never taking its finger off the pulse of the underground. When Insomniac broke out its figurative bolt cutters to dismantle the lock on the warehouse scene and return to its roots, it retold the story of its origins in hosting historic parties in the streets of Los Angeles. It also gave birth to a movement where discerning heads are living on the frontlines of celebrating radical ideas through the fusion of immersive live art, cutting-edge technology, and exceptionally curated house and techno. That vision continues to hold the same ground, even as the brand has grown and extends beyond the Downtown Los Angeles warehouse district, where it was originally conceived. Whether it’s at an intimate warehouse space or on a festival dancefloor, Factory 93 manufactures moments that make this culture one we’re proud to call our own. Since launching its own dedicated label arm, the burgeoning imprint has opened its catalog to a head-turning list of established artists and rising talent, such as Carl Cox, Eli Brown, Nicole Moudaber, Space 92, Alan Fitzpatrick, Popof, Victor Ruiz, BEC, Avision, Luuk Van Dijk, Josh Butler, Township Rebellion, DJ Minx, Josh Butler, Airrica, RUZE, Enamour, and many more.
