Cardiff’s Bodhi return to Hotflush Recordings with the ‘Popit’ EP, a follow-up to 2023’s standout ‘Edge Of Blue’ EP. Having emerged in 2012 with a slew of breathlessly received edits and subsequent releases on labels including Future Classic and Rinse, Bodhi returned to the scene in 2021 with releases on Hotflush, Kneaded Pains and Dance Trax after a four-year hiatus.
‘Popit’ picks up where the duo left off on ‘Edge Of Blue’. The title track is a guaranteed dancefloor destroyer, melding unmistakable UK chops with a hint of Paul Johnson and the harder end of Chicago.
Bodhi ‘Popit’ EP drops via Hotflush Recordings 19th January 2024, with the full EP landing 9th February 2024.
