Germany’s low-end specialist Sublab reunites with Chilean phenom Teneki on their cutting-edge hardwave collab centered around contrast.
Sublab and Teneki rejoin forces on “Break My Soul,” a striking new single dropping August 1st via Insomniac’s BREAK ROOM imprint. Reuniting after their 2021 collab “Pursuit,” the East German and Chilean producers channel their cross-genre sensibilities into a hardwave cut engineered for both dancefloor hypnosis and headphone introspection.

“Break My Soul” thrives on contrast and tension. Luminous trance-inspired leads and airy synths glide over sharp trap-rooted percussion, building into a wall of sculpted Reese bass that anchors the track with serrated low-end pressure. It’s a brutal and euphoric sonic architecture in equal measure.
