In anticipation of this year’s installment of Insomniac’s world-renowned Electric Daisy Carnival festival, Insomniac Music Group is capturing a piece of the magic of the annual gathering via the official ‘EDC Las Vegas 2025’ compilation album. Arriving on May 9th, one week ahead of the three-day soiree at the Las Vegas Speedway, the official festival soundtrack clocks in at a staggering 91 tracks in total.
With 9 dedicated stages—specializing in their own unique subset of the vast electronic music spectrum, in addition to a fleet of curated and hosted art cars sprawled across the festival’s expansive footprint (placing the grand total at a whopping 16 stages)—there’s a home for every type of dance music enthusiast out there. Through the label’s yearly EDC Las Vegas compilation series, the team undertakes the Herculean task of creating a sonic snapshot of each year’s ever-expanding lineup, including global and local talent that comes in all shapes and sizes. In 2025, the roster boasts more than 250 artists scheduled to perform around the clock during the festival’s marathon run, which features programming from Dusk Till Dawn, all the way through to its day-time and sunrise sets hosted at Camp EDC.
The ‘EDC Las Vegas 2025’ compilation makes history as its most ambitious album to date, outnumbering previous iterations dating back to 2019. Leading the charge, Eli Brown kicks off the affair with the official ‘EDC Las Vegas’ festival anthem, taking the form of his high-octane techno offering “Wavey,” which kicks things into top gear via Insomniac Records.
Keeping up the pace throughout the rest of the package are essential party-starting releases across Insomniac’s labels, such as standout tracks like BLOND:ISH’s “Never Walk Alone” [Insomniac Records]; Skream and Partiboi69’s “Pound Town” [Hard Recs], SLANDER and Fairlane’s “Heaven Feels Like” [Heaven Sent]; Layton Giordani’s “Better Than U Thought” [Factory 93]; Trance Wax’s “Your Fantasy” [Dreamstate Records]; Miss Monique’s “Look At You” [Interstellar Recordings]; Steller’s “FUNKSTEP!” [Bassrush Records]. Rounding out the offering are a seemingly endless supply of dancefloor weapons from Jessica Audiffred, RL Grime, Tape B, Lil Texas, Laura van Dam, Ray Volpe, Oppidan, ØTTA, VNSSA, Simula, Slugg, and the list goes on.
In commemoration of this year’s record-breaking compilation, the album is being immortalized through a limited edition three-piece vinyl set. With unique colored records coming in gold, cyan, and black wax, the tri-colored collection is a special keepsake that will allow Headliners to take home a piece of this year’s EDC with them forever.
