Los Angeles-based bass sorcerer AHEE returns to Bassrush Records with his latest high-voltage offering, the ‘Wubcraft’ EP— four electrifying tracks that warp reality through mind-melting sound design and seismic low-end. Known for his ability to stretch the limits of dubstep, trap, and experimental bass, AHEE conjures up a collection of genre-bending anthems packed with razor-sharp synthwork, unpredictable rhythms, and enough bass pressure to rattle tectonic plates.

Leading the charge, title track “Wubcraft” has already detonated across streaming platforms, racking up more than 266 thousand plays in a month and earning support from This Song Slaps, Find Your Sounds, The Dub Rebellion, and Frontview Magazine. The full EP plunges even deeper into AHEE’s kaleidoscopic sound world, where mechanical wubs, cinematic melodies, and thunderous drum patterns collide in controlled chaos.
AHEE links up with WonkyWilla for “Wizard Womp,” a certified crowd-mover that blends deep bass swagger with infectious vocal hooks. This one’s built to get bodies grooving and crowds singing along, laced with thick, rolling low-end and an undeniable rhythmic pulse.
The Florida native WonkyWilla hypes up his confectionary collab with a sweet recap of their history together: “I’ve looked up to AHEE since I started making music. He’s someone who has really helped me define my sound over the years, and he was one of the first artists to ever truly support the WonkyWilla project. To have a collab with him is such a blessing!”
“Night Vibes” injects pure adrenaline into the mix, kicking off with high-energy momentum before locking into a hypnotic low-end groove. Pulsating sub-bass contractions drive the track forward, making it a dancefloor weapon designed for peak-time intensity.
Rounding out the project, “Oxygen” enlists Canadian-born, Portland-based heavyweight Stylust, layering steamy hip-hop flows with dramatic brass stabs, razor-edged percussion, and snarling call-and-response synthwork. Stylust has been cranking out top-shelf collabs with some of the greatest in the game, including Ganja White Night, Of The Trees, Truth, and Buku. His contribution to the ‘Wubcraft’ offering is another top-tier sighting, which has been doing damage at dancefloors since last summer.
AHEE recounts his first-hand experience seeing the track in action during one of his festival sets from last year : “At Shambhala 2024, I decided to stick around after my set but was absolutely exhausted after so much travel. I took a powernap and set up my alarm (incorrectly) for Stylust’s set so I woke up at exactly 8:08pm and RAN through the festival on my way for a special cameo. Right as I got to the stage—in perfect synchronicity—’Oxygen’ came on and we got the incredible experience of playing this track live in front of thousands of Shambhala aliens!”
AHEE’s sonic wizardry has earned him a cult following and support from Excision, Subtronics, Shpongle, and Liquid Stranger. From his early future bass roots to his full-throttle bass innovations, he continues to push the boundaries of sound with releases on Bassrush, Subsidia, Circus Records, and Wakaan. “Oxygen” collaborator Stylust is a force in his own right, in addition to co-producing fan-favorite heaters like “Heavyweights” and “Flip the Switch” with AHEE.
AHEE’s impact extends beyond the studio: his high-octane performances have ignited festival stages at Lost Lands, Wakaan, and Shambhala, solidifying his status as a high-flying bass music act. Offstage, his influence runs deep in the producer community, with his production tutorials amassing over 2 million YouTube views, inspiring the next generation of electronic innovators.
Arriving alongside his massive ‘Wubcraft Tour,’ the EP lands as AHEE hits 30+ stops across North America, joined by a stacked lineup featuring Sharlitz Web, Wodd, Sully, Ruvlo, Xotix, Mport, Gunpoint, and So Sus. With his ‘Wubcraft EP,’ AHEE isn’t just pushing the limits of bass music—he’s rewriting the rulebook.
AHEE’s new EP ‘Wubcraft’ is available on all platforms via Bassrush Records.
